Since 2017, more than 100 rising leaders from businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions and government organizations have graduated from Southeast Michigan’s premiere leadership course designed for mid-level managers — the pool most often tapped for future senior leader roles.

Graduates say the Academy experience helped them build a professional network of like-minded peers from a cross-section of industries. Years later, as they have grown in their careers, they have maintained connections with others from their cohort.
